Covid-19 Safety Protocol And Procedures
We would like to a moment to assure all of our customers and potential customers that we are taking the necessary precautions to avoid any spread of the virus. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees.
We view our customers as part of our EcoStyle family, and as you know, family is not an important thing – it is everything. With this in mind, we are monitoring the information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, as well as North Carolina & local municipalities to ensure the safety of our patrons and employees.
We understand your concerns, which is why we are hoping to ease your worries by providing you with the procedures and protocols we are following to keep you and our team members safe.
Mask Policy
We encourage our passengers to wear face masks while riding in our vehicles, but it is not required. However, our employees will be required to wear face masks during transportation.
Vehicle Cleaning Policy
If you’ve ever ridden with EcoStyle before, then you know we keep the utmost cleaning standards for all of our vehicles. With that being said, we are enhancing our cleaning procedures to reduce/eliminate the chances of spreading Covid-19.
Our new procedures are now highly focused on cleaning high touch areas like door handles, seat belts, armrests, and more. We have improved our cleaning supplies to include high-grade, CDC-approved, disinfectant for these high touch areas and other locations in close proximity to your face. Between each trip, you can rest assured your vehicle has been thoroughly wiped down to decrease the chance of spread.
As per the CDC guidelines, we are limiting the vehicle occupancy. We are also including more hand sanitizer stations for both passengers and employees. Lastly, we are removing any materials with high contact rates like newspapers or magazines from our vehicles.
We are also taking extra precautions while our vehicles are not in use. Each vehicle is now cleaned daily with an electrostatic sprayer of an anti-viral solution. We are also making sure to keep all windows open (when possible) for improved circulation and we are placing our vehicles in direct sunlight to allow for UV light to enter our vehicles.
Lastly, if we believe any passenger has shown symptoms of Covid-19, we will take that particular vehicle out of services for full decontamination and allow for that vehicle to sit for 3 days before the next use.
Facility Cleaning Policy
We are taking precautions in our facility to ensure the safety of our employees as well. During this time, we are enabling office workers to work remotely if possible. We have increased the number of hands-free sanitizer stations around our facility and have incorporated additional cleaning procedures in the facility to help stop any spread in its tracks. We are also providing personal protective equipment for our employees to wear in the facility and during transportation.
If you have any questions about our Covid-19 procedures, please do not hesitate to contact us online or at our office at (919) 890-3839. We hope you are taking necessary precautions to stay safe and we wanted to thank you, our family, for your continued support.
